Why and how to use Lecithin in edibles?

  1. I make edibles with weed in raw and make infused olive oil. I don't know how exactly works lecithin in the extraction process

    Do anybody knows how to use it and measurements?

  2. Lecithin is a surfactant allows stuff like water and oil to mix together, very hand should you ever need a reason, I thought you would know that
    I use egg yoke, aloe-vera and a host of others

  4. A little lecithin can act as an emulsifier and hominization agent binding oil and water and smoothing the final recipe. A lot of lecithin can apply "Liposomal encapsulation" and this can, speed launch, extend duration, get more from less, limit tolerance build. About 20% of the oil volume.

    Decarb 240 F for 40 minutes
    5 grams Hash or powdered buds or concentrate.
    1 tablespoon Coconut oil (fastest)
    1/2 teaspoon fearn liquid lecithin
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes
    Freeze
    Heat 220 F for 20 minutes/
    Fills 30 #0 capsules.

  5. I don’t know what exactly mean “freeze”. Do you mean make it ice or simply put temperature down ..?
    And why..?

  6. With Hash or unstrained oil with bud dust adding a freeze step softens the plant material and removes the sandy mouth feel it can have.
    Working with only 3 tablespoons of oil per dish an hour in the freezer is enough.
