Why all the hate for policeman?

I like cops. I give them free dinners and coffee all the time at my restaurant. If they're trying to protect my life with their own, I'll throw in a free coffee.

 

I know a lot of nice, honest, and respectable cops that put their asses on the line to help people...

I have no problem with cops.

But I hate PIGS! *OINK OINK*

 

There are plenty of intelligent sensible cops out there... there are also plenty of ignorant power-hungry ones. Most of them are just trying to do their job and keep people safe.

 

I have a real problem with most cops. We just don't mix. I have met 2 or 3 really cool ones over the years, but around here that's the very rare exception. Every other cop I've ever met has been true to the "PIG" stereotype. I could tell you guys some stories about the cops around here that would make most of you go "That's really fucked up..."

It's a bitch way to make a living. I can't imagine looking myself in the mirror, and realizing that I couldn't do better with my life than going through other people's garbage and intimidating businesses into giving me free shit. When you get respect based on your uniform, rather than the person you are, you're a bitch. I don't make a living by ruining people's lives, so I don't respect anyone who does. Citizens should be allowed to stalk the police like they do, and mean mug them in public... except when those dickless pigs have to deal with stuff like that, it's called civil disobedience, which is a bullshit charge they use whenever someone hasn't broken any real laws.

Not to mention that 9 times out of 10, their whole procedure for arresting people is based off of lying their fucking asses off, and hoping that the victim is ignorant to their civil rights and laws. Like I said, it's a bitch way to make a living. The way people talk about cops, you'd think they were superheroes. Fuck the police.

Heh heh. You see, that's just the problem. Most people can't tell the difference between cops and pigs. I'm glad that they are doing their job, but I can't help but dislike the fact that they still bust us for smoking a plant that is less harmful than certain kinds of food. I see people going on and on about the "fuckin' cops harshin' their buzz" or whatever, but these people tend to blow things way out of proportion and think the cops are more out to get tham rather than help them.

The police here are good people, but some prefer to see them only as intrusive and disruptive pricks simply because they think they are so important nobody should be able to ruin their fun. The fact remains that they are breaking the law, but these guys are just doing their job. It shouldn't be illegal to smoke grass, though, and hopefully that will change one day. Hell, it has to change. Sooner or later, people will smarten up and realize what they have been doing, that they have been locking people up for smoking something with almost no negative effects, as oppsoed to alcohol and fast food. Oh well. All we can do is wait. And support the reform of the laws, of course.

I remember reading that when you first posted it, and I just can't believe that bullshit. Like I said the first time, I have few, if any, words to express how I feel about that, apart from "what the fuck!?"

all the cops in my town are fuckin DICKS. theyre assholes just because they can be. maybe its because theyre probably mostly mormon(there's alot of mormons around here) i dunno. they usually have nothing to do so they usually pull people over for miniscule things. fuck all the 5'n'Dines i say, in this town at least

 

well, personally, i hate cops because they didnt arrest (or better yet shoot) the guys that beat my friend to death outside a party, EVEN THOUGH they caught every single one when they rolled the scene but let them go and havent done anything since than. so until those guys start getting arrested (which im hoping sometime soon since it happened over 2 months ago) i am going to hate cops in general. im not saying i hate ALL cops, just the ones that really really really really suck.

I hate them because around here they have nothing better to do than to yell at you over something. I got pulled over because he thought I wasn't wearing a seatbelt. And the cop started yelling at me. I was like WTF is going on!

 

dude ive been slammed by the police, some movments that might be natural could set the cop off, leading him to slam you into a wall, then u freak and try and get away, and sum how get 3 feet, then get slamed into a heater, then the ground.

On the whole, I appreciate what cops do. It's definitely not a job anyone could do. But I have one thought on the subject.

I hate that we live in a world where most people are more afraid of cops then criminals.

 

It can be hard to tell the difference sometimes.

 

But you deffinitly dont judge people before you meet them now do you.
