Who here Skates?

I've been skating for like 6 or 7 years now, I guess my favorite trick would be biiiiiig heelflips down a big set of stairs.

 

i used to skate a couple years ago. then i quit so i could spend all my time just riding. i do alot of dh racing and stuff now.

 

i skated all through middle school i was obsessed i always though i would never give it up then i got into highschool got to lazy an picked up some pot haha an thats how the story goes..



but my favorite tricks to do were 5-0 grinds and 180 kickflips or some shit i dont know

 

ugh I hate skaters (no offense) but they wear that stupid punk shit, and act like fags, and listen to all that stupid punk music... sure if u ride a skateboard thats cool, but when u start to act like a fucking stero-typed retard.. then i hate you.

 

A bit rusty but I try to skate every summer when it's not raining, which is rare. Trying to get my impossible together. Used to do it quite well way back when I was younger...

I'ma try the indoor skatepark a few times before we can go snowboarding. Just to be on a board and get the feeling...

 

I used to skate a while ago. Favorite trick would probably have to be a really nice f/s flip. Like a Cairo Foster f/s flip.

Yeh I still skate, Im shit at tricks though, seeing as ive never really had anyone to skate with. I dont really progress very fast, and I still cant land a solid heelflip after almost 3 years of skating.

I still love it though, even if my tricks are limited I love the feeling, or just cruising and carving. I skate more like a surfer, even though ive never surfed in my life.

I cant really take advantage of all the shit available roudn London, but I sometimes make the 1 hour journey to southbank every now and then.

Ive only ever skated in a skatepark once, it cost me £7 and a long journey, I never went back.

 

i skate every so often, but i in no way claim to be any good at it..... as far as my best trick, i jus like doin rodney mullen type shit, so i'd say my best trick i ever did was a heelflip to primo to a kickflip into a shady casper and then jus flippin the board over kind of like a hardflip n landin on it, only pulled it successfully once. haha but it was definitely impressive.

 

Anyone have any footage theyd care to share ? I can probably grab a couple minutes of stuff off my sponsor tape. Il try and have some stuff to show you guys for monday.

 

Half cab heel flips are fun tricks, i lost them for somereason, i tried one today and almost pogoed my self, i was skating better then usual today, probably cause i was sober haha, i landed a pretty sick smith 180 on a pretty high box too. I ate shit too trying to backside 180 over a quarter pipe, pretty funny

 

i kinda quit when i started smoking, almost everybody in my town quit skating, and although i still loved it, its so boring to do by yourself. i like nollie tre flips though. ill still pick up a board and go to the park every once in a while.

Don't start shit with me HB, I'm not in the fucking mood. I'm not sterotyping... I said I hate the people that steriotype themselfs! Those well 'posers' in a word... They dress up ghetto/punkish, listen to punk music, own a skateboard, but can't really skate... but any sk8ers that smoke are cool with me...

 

i went to the park the other day. i finally got kickflips to tailslides down. tooke almost 3 weks to get that down. but my fav trick i double kickflips over some stairs.

 

no beef dude, but every rollerblader ive met is a complete ass. prolly just cuz at the skatepark everyones got that little stero type war thing going on.

 

Yeah gotta love skating. For the last year it's faded from me quite a bit because of the lack of cash and weather, but latley I've been skating more. Hard to say a favorite trick, but I love doing switch flips. I just learned backside tailslides two days ago too, and I hadn't tried the trick on over half a year, yay for me hahaha.

 

I used to blade back in high school. It sucked though cause I was the only chick in the whole park, and the bladers treated me like shit cause I was a chick, and the skaters treated me like shit cause I was a blader. At least the BMX kids were cool to me. I've since given up on it since I got to college and we just got a park last spring, but I've headed up a few times and it still feels awesome to drop down a six foot ramp and have the guys just kinda shut up and stare for a few seconds. Then I realize that while going down still works, the getting back up the ramp not so much anymore. hehe
