I started actually sticking with the gym last year and I am addicted to the awesome feeling I get after working out, and seeing the fruits of your own physical labor is empowering. Working out and going on long runs make me feel so much better. If I ever need a clear head (lately more-so) I know after a good session at the gym or run I'll feel loads better and still be pumped after thanks to the endorphin rush. When all else fails, fuck bitches and life problems. Workout or run. You'll thank yourself after and you'll feel more confident with your body which can do wonders for a struggling self-esteem. Who else discovered this trick for surviving in this fucked up world?
