" Who's got the Herb", "Stealing Happy Hours" GREAT songs to listen to when you are fucked up. Why I like these songs is because you can chill to them and just doze off. 311 is the best band because they have many songs to chill 2 and smoke pot and they are just a great band. Yep, got 'em all. I do really like the new one, but its kind of raw and a bit bare compared to City. Apparently Dev wanted to vent his aggression on this one and go into much more depth with the next. I can't wait, I have no doubt it'll be another masterpiece!
Personally, I love Bob Marley when I'm all stonie. I like being outside, in the sun (not if it's REALLY hot) going on a hike and listening to some happy reggae. He is my favorite to listen to stoned. others: Zeppelin, Blue Oyster Cult Floyd, Frank Zappa Beatles, Zombies Kyuss, Quicksilver messenger Service Q.O.T.S.A, etc. etc. etc.
