  1. why should you paint you grow room walls flat white instead of gloss white isnt gloss white with a clear coat exponentially more reflective than just flat or matte white
     
  2. The reason the glossy looks brighter to your eye is because it has absorbed some light. This makes it appear more intense when you look at it. But illuminating the wall is not the goal.
    So eliminating the gloss leaves you with just a plain white surface for maximum reflectivity.

  4. Nope. Still a gloss paint.
    Flat white paint is the way to go if you don't just use black/white poly, mylar or reflective aluminum sheet.
