white widow x purple haze, blue dream, gelato #33, og #18, green crack, Jack herer

Hi I just joined. Im a long time gardener and just started growing weed indoors. I've never grown anything indoors so a lot of my learning is in how to do that. I'm at the tail end if my first serious grow and have some pics I can put up. Plants are in different stages of growth and all within 4 weeks of each other.

In the back left to right is BD, WW X PH, BD. The WW X PH is the youngest in the bloom tent. It was a mother that went in at 12 weeks so its biggest. One BD is 7th week and the other is 5th week. In the front are 3 WW X PH in 7th week. I'm flushing now and expect to cut within 2 weeks.

The widows are thick beasts and the bugs are like rocks. They have a nice deep purple color with bright orange hairs and building a lot of trichs. Hitting them with uv now. They are short bonsai plants because I had the light too low. They are also short and fat to start so they needed nontraining which I did. Next time they will be twice as big. They are small plants but turning out great in quality. This is a keeper cross for sure.

The BD are smelly. Very pungent. The nugs are very light and airy unlike the WW. Probably won't do these again except for a single cola plant here and there. They are also short for the same reason.

On the bottom are my monstercropped WW P Haze clones. Gonna be beasts.

In the pipe I have Gelato #33, Green Crack, Jack Herer, OG #18 and GG4.

Lighting is Timber DIY kits. Four 3500k Bridgelux vero29se cobs and two1750k Bridgelux vero29se. 600 real watts total in 4 x 4 tent. This tent is strictly bloom. Ventilation is AC Infinity T6 with controller. Strong air movement.

Two days after adding uv and the trichs have doubled.

 

My gelato #33 seedlings doing well. Just transplanted them to grow out the roots.

Blue dream almost ready for chop. Trichs are turning and pistols are bright orange. Calyxes swollen. Trich production speeding up under uv. One week left tops. Much better than my test grow but could be better.I wish I could control the lint pickup. Like lint magnets.

 

Widow p haze any day now.

 

Widow P Haze 1.9 lb. wet trimmed bud from 3 plants. Prob 1/2 lb. dry. I will correct mistakes next run and hope for double that amount.

Used my new trimming bowl. LOVE IT. Saved me hours. Rough trim during flush in water then tight trim in bowl. They look like purple rocks.

Not crazy about aroma. Very light and grassy. Hope dry and cure changes it. Many sugar leaves intertwined with buds may be one reason. Also, first time growing this. Trichs did not turn amber so may be over ripe. Over 9 weeks. Pistils have all long turned brown. This past week plants got less sticky and dry. One week too late. Next time I go by pistils, appearance, touch and smell. Will trim again once dry to get tidy and tight.

 

Thanks. I did a test grow indoors and learned a few things. This was my first "real" indoor grow. I spent almost a year buying gear and reading. A lot of my learning is regarding how to grow anything under lights in a tent. Been growing veggies under the sun for a long time.

 

Outgrew my veg tent and the weather has turned so out they go. Put a few in the ground as well.

Dried buds. Tastes light but not harsh. Widow is "different". Not sure yet. Needs to cure.

Flattened the next four widow x p haze and inner nodes are starting to stretch. Flipped them on 6/10. Nice even canopy with no net. A bit on the yellow side of green. Need to feed.

Flipped a couple of 4" clones for the hell of it and this is what they turned into. Leaves are dark, thick and glossy. Looks nice. Dont know why. Big plants dont look like this.

 

A week or so after bending the widow p haze a nice flat top is forming. I didn't train these low because the last time they wound up too short. Fimmed and flattened.
