    Sometimes I feel like a real dumb ass. My Super Lemon Hazes have been really stretchy and the buds are light and airy. I kept telling myself that they're sativas and they'll fill in later. Then I got to thinking about that 400w HPS on top of 'em. I've been using that same bulb off and on for almost 5 years...

    I just put in a spare 400w HPS bulb I had laying around (brand new), hopefully the girls will start putting on a lot more weight soon. It's 2100K, which is a lil low, but hopefully this bulb will work.

    It's lights on in the flower room now. Checked on the new bulb, it's lit and burning bright. I really hope this helps fatten up the buds. Come to think of it, this could be the reason the ppm of the SLH res is so much higher than that of the WW...not enough light, plants not using nutes like they otherwise would.

    Nice looking plants dude! Im in the same boat with regards to your light, the past few days Ive been heavily debating doing the same and going out to purchase a new bulb, As Im sure it will stimulate lots of new growth. Im curious tho so let a fella know if you notice a boost in growth w/ your new bulb. Thanks:D

    Generally it's 1-2 grows per bulb, so too late to be telling you that now. However, your girls will be getting the extra light at just the right time.

    I thought a guy would get more than 2 grows per bulb:eek: Now I know I need a new one for sure!

    I broke down and stepped up to the plate! Bought a 600w YeildMasterII Supreme vented hood w/ SunPulse MH for veg and Eye Hortilux HPS for flowering! All hooked up for the next batch of ladies! Day 60 this batch, probably go to 70ish then chop chop. Havent yet done a proper update since installing the new light, but soon, for now only a couple shots of the light:D

    I was going to grow the same plants indoors, in the same grow room, does one grow taller than the other in flower? At what height should I start flowering them at? I have 5 gallon buckets in a 7 foot space with a 1000w light, I want to maximize the flower time but keep them a reasonable distance from the light so they don't get ruined. Any input would be great.
