white widow seeds

    My first grow is nearing completion. I had taken some cuttings from my plants and put them in the fridge with the hope of revitalizing them and using them for my next grow, but they were killed in the refrigerator. Maybe I kept them in there too long, maybe they froze at some point (it is a cheap fridge), who knows.

    So I am gonna buy some more seeds and start from scratch. I want to try white widow. Does it matter where I buy the seeds? Every seed company offers ww, are all ww strains/seeds equivalent? If not, can anyone recommend a good white widow seed to buy?

    For my first grow I tried Haze from BDS. I was happy with the way BDS served me (well designed website, prompt service, 9 of 10 seeds germinated), so my gut tells me I should return to BDS. Any advice?

    How about this one: Why is there a great discrepancy between ww seed prices. I have found a bunch of companies that offer them for 40-60 usd per 10 seeds. Dutch Passion offers them for about 140 usd. Why are those so much more expensive? I don't think they are femminized.

    If anyone has bough ww seeds, please post a quick reply to this thread giving the company, the price, and the results. I would like to get a better idea of what is available.

    If BDS has worked well for you in the past, i would stick with them rather than risking another site. Enless the price is too rediculous, of course.

    well I wouldnt buy anything that has to do with growing online... and if I did I would definitly have it mailed to a different addy, somewhere far, far away from my house. lol

    and why the hell did you put ur clones in the fridge... lol. u shoulda thrown them in something like............. dirt? lol. anyway i would stick to what you used for ur last grow since you have experiance with that strain

    got my widdow seeds from seeds direct .. 2 out of 2 germinated ... 1 male 1 female ..

    Thanks for moving this thread unoit, this seems an appropriate place.

    I put the clones in the fridge with the goal of holding them in stasis until I had room to grow them. Here is a link on this method: http://www.overgrow.com/growfaq/782

    Thanks for the Seeds Direct link Shamen. I had not checked that one out yet.

    My decision was to buy the ww from BDS due to my success with them in the past. I remain curious about the consistency of strains across different breeders and distributors.
