White widow seedlings yellow leaves (Pics)

  1. Ok so i just finished my first harvest of 4 plants i had growing..The total yield was about 3 1/2 4 ozs..i was satisfied ..especially for it being my first grow..During the entire grow i always had problems with yellow leaves...even tho the buds came out ok..i want my plants to be healthy and green like everyone else..

I have now started my second grow..I have white widow and blue satellite seeds from nirvana. All of them have sprouted but they have yellow leaves already!!

The temp in the room is great..i keep the soil moist ...the only thing i have yet to do is check my waters PH...thats the only thing i can think of that could cause their leaves to turn yellow. I have not given the seedlings any nutes..and will not until 4-5 weeks...i have included pics of my first harvest and my new babies..I hear that yellow leaves are not too big of a problem but i want green plants..not yellow ones!!

    someone please help..

    thanks..

  2. wrong, yellow leaves are a problem unless your nearing harvest or the first set (which are not actually leaves)when you have a seedling sprout.
other than that if they are yellow then there is a problem.if i were you I would definitely get that ph dialed in.wrong ph can really screw up a grow.
by the way nice buds on last grow.could have probably got alot more yield under optimal growing conditions.but for the first grow its still a nice job.and remember even if it isnt a huge yield as long as the smoke is dank its definitely a great harvest.also some strains harvest more than others.and the growing method used has alot to do with it.
I am still learning alot myself.each time around you tend to get a little better each time.good luck on your new grow.man is this an addictive hobby.but it keeps me out of trouble.

  3. ok thanks i think im just gonan go buy a ph tester...thanks alot

  4. What is your soil you are using?

Definitely agree about the pH, you are running blind without knowing it.

I would also suggest not keeping the soil "moist". Cannabis doesn't like having their feet constantly wet. You want the soil to dry out between waterings. ;)

  5. Yeah, definitely looks like a PH problem IMO.

  6. Try getting some pH balanced water and flush flush flush :)
