white water rafting?

so, I'll be out west again this year, and I've got the opportunity to go white water rafting in Colorado. It'll be a bunch of class 3 rapids, no 4s, but apparently the river will be a little higher about the time we'll be going. White water rafting in summer with all my friends, sounds like a good time, right?

Except that I don't know how to swim and I'm sorta scared. Plus, we don't get a lot of days where we can just stay stoned all day, because we're always letting our professors pretend they don't know we're smoking. And, we'll be in Colorado, which means we can probably find a brewpub nearby with Fat Tire on tap, and waste the day properly while they're out on the river.

So, what shall it be?
