white tongue?

    its called cotton mouth.. drink some water and or brush your tongue and itll go away..

    Ive never had it that extreme before it was pretty thick and when I scraped my tongue with my teeth it came off in tiny little clumps and spit....I brushed the fuck outta my mouth haha I think it happened because I ate pizza nad maybe the pizza sauce stuck on my tounge and the smoke stuck to that or w/e happens
