White spots in Soil. Am I doomed?

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by DefinitelyNOTaRobot, Aug 25, 2019.

  1. Long time reade , first time poster .
Finished up my first grow, cut a few clones.
Been between 92-98% RH and 72-78°F.
After about 8ish days or so I started to really notice these white dots in my soil. Growth still seems to be good, but if it's a problem I want to catch it early. Looked all over but couldn't find anything definitive that would match my issue.
Hard to see in pics but it's small whitish dots all over. They don't seem to be getting bigger , and don't photograph well. Especially with flash on. I went to get new soil for them to transplant and noticed it was also in the soil. Is this normal? Am I just a dumb noob and didn't notice this before?
I hope I can keep these genetics going as they are fantastic.

  2. I should add that these clones were taken during flowering

  3. Are you using chemicals or are you growing all organically?

  4. Soil. So organic I guess? I clipped the , put straight into water. Then into routing hormone, and into moist soil. I put them under a bubble dome.
So there's not really a lot of air flow but the RH is where I read it should be.

  5. Organic I guess ?? Have u gave them chemical nutrients? If your organic then the white is fine, microbiology is our friend.
