Hey guys this is my first time growing! I started growing 04/09/23 and I dug a plot in a greenhouse and put them in the ground about a week ago. Three days ago I started noticing white spots all over a couple but now it's on almost all of them! I live in Oregon so it's been super rainy lately I didn't know if it was powdery mildew like I saw other people post about. I sprayed them with baking soda mixed with water and I also use neem oil every so often but it seems to have gotten worse. Can anyone tell me what this is?
