white mold

I'm growing some hydro and some of my clay pellets have turned white. jus the top layer. wondering if just the fan alone will help it? Or is it mold at all? maybe some of you more experienced growers will know.

 

It said it was attached. lets' see if that's so

 

Cool! Finally Got The Hang Of It

 

On this one, It started sprouting about a week later than my other ones, however, its size iz supersmall. Its growing at a snails pace and don't want to transfer to hydro on account iz too small. I got from free 10 seeds mix sativa-indica the retailer said. The others are white widow and cali bud. Any idears why the slow growth>

 

I'm gonna have to get back to you on that. I don't have a ph measurer, need to to get a temp. thermometer, and humidity measurer also. Thanks anyway.

 

1. hydro, soilless or Soil & brand name of soil the lil one is still in soil about a year old soil German brand; i had two in this big pot and the other one shot off real quick, and I transferred to hydro, i'll get a latest pics, shortly
2. PH of reservoir solution?
3. PH soil runoff?
4. PH of water?
5. Age of plants? apprx 3 weeks
6. What Fertilizer, dosages, and frequency?
7. lites, wattage & proximity to plants 5 flos at 18w each for 7 plants
8. Light cycle. 24/0,, 18/6,, 12/12? 24/0
9. In light cycle how long? 2 weeks
10. Room temps & Humidity or reservoir temps : room temp 75,

i have two in an igloo cooler, and have some water heaters set at 75 deg

 

here is the 2 in the cooler

 

the 2 small plates are so that I can service when i need to, and the small weight on the igloo with the cord running in is the water heater. the weight is to hold it in place.
