i think bongs have been illegal since like the 70's, but since people sell them as tobacco or incense products no one ever really tripped into bush came into office. I'd just be happy with a president that understood that doing something isn't always better than doing nothing. As long as he acts like he's doing crap (all those vacations don't help...) and does a good job not having sex in the white house then people will like him.
