White heads on the tip of the buds

My plants have a white head on the top of the buds this is the 2 nd time growing this strain and it did the samething last time wondering what it is I have grown other strain and did not have any issues

 

They are in week 7 going on 8 the orange hairs are growing throw the white little head on the top

 

The white hairs turned orange but that's not my Issue. My problem is the white head on the tip of the bud. I will try to upload a photo.
