I was just wondering when I can expect to smell my flowers...they are about 3 weeks into flowering and have white hairs all over the plant. If I smell nothing by now, could this be a strain that has a low odor? Or am I just not far enough into flowering yet? Thanks guys
Depends, if the strain is weak, it will probably have low oder a few weeks before harvest "after all the large leaves turn yellow" Even high end strains can have no smell if the grow is poorly done, lack of nutes etc. Once the hairs start to develop red tints you should start to smell.
yea my female is at about the same duration...it has a low odor, but i think within another week or so it will start to stink. i just started seeing orange'ish/red'ish hairs 2 days ago! yay!
It seems in my case the smell starts coming around when they start spoogin' out the crystals. So many crystal, such a sweet smell. MMMMMMMMM....
