White/clear worms?

    Hello all, just started a hydroponic garden 2 weeks ago. Just realized one of my plants has worms .... Bit confused as I'm reading some are good and some are bad lol. Here are pictures

    Approx. measurements please.
    Could be larvae of fungus gnat or might be adult nematodes.
    Let me know asap so we can wipe them out.

    Pretty funky looking.
    I would go on a killing spree.
