Around here they're sold at porno stores. I know, that's a really random place to have something like that.
You can really get them at any head shop generally. just ask for "whiped cream cartridges" and get a metal "inflater" aka cracker
whippets are awesome haha. when i was younger and had a cracker I used to buy 10 packs fo the cartridges for 10 bucks. but then someone stole my cracker. If you have a canadian tire they should be right there on the shelf , you dont even need someone to get them for you. Try this if you do get a good supply bong toke let it sit, then quickly exhale and dont breathe in until your taking a whippet... exhale and take another bong toke before you get any oxygen. I know you get a bit of oxygen in between but you catch my drift. E, Shrooms, Acid are accompanied nicely by whippets and a nice bag of pot.
There is a desert store around here that sells the whipped cream refills. Check your yellow pages, you should be able to find a similiar store.
