thats what my omega 3 is. but i love melatonin. I've had insomnia since I hhit puberty. I quit drinking caffeine and did everything I could to prevent it, to no avail. Then I get melatonin and it doesn't make me super drowsy, but allows me to sleep when I want. I wake up the next morning feeling great

I take whey protein for faster recuperation of my muscles. Pre- and post-work out shakes. BCAA's are already in the whey protein but I will buy them next month as an extra. Vitamin B complex. Vitamin C. and Vitamin Cannabis.
