Which Supplements Do You Take?

    Strength multi vitamin GNC
    Green tea extract

  3. thats what my omega 3 is.

    but i love melatonin. I've had insomnia since I hhit puberty. I quit drinking caffeine and did everything I could to prevent it, to no avail. Then I get melatonin and it doesn't make me super drowsy, but allows me to sleep when I want. I wake up the next morning feeling great
     
  4. magnesium tablets, they help my shin splints... and cold and flu tablets at the moment haha
     
  5. Damania, fish oils, multi vitamin, weed (whenever I can)
    I embrace anything healthy.

    I take whey protein for faster recuperation of my muscles. Pre- and post-work out shakes.
    BCAA's are already in the whey protein but I will buy them next month as an extra.
    Vitamin B complex.
    Vitamin C.
    and Vitamin Cannabis.

  13. I just ordered piracetam, choline bitartrate, phenibut and l-tyrosine

    I usually take hemp seeds every day, omega fish oil capsules, vitamin b complex and melatonin for sleep
     
  14. I rock a general daily multi-vitamin, Omega 3 + D3, and melatonin.

    I've found that a steady omega 3 and melatonin regiment has greatly increased how rested/energetic I feel and also how high I get :smoke:
