Which strains have you tried and which one is your favorite

I've smoked many of the above listed strains but my favorite weed of all time was over 40 years ago and was ThaiSticks my VietNam Veteran friends brought back after the war was over. Nothing since had the unbelievably strong odor and taste of that shit although some of the more recent weed was just as strong but just didn't have that lasting sweet taste.

It was like comparing a really good $40 bottle of red wine to Petrus. The flavor just kept lingering forever on my tongue and all thru my sinus cavities. I have no idea why it tasted so good but it was something I'll never forget.

OP if you're looking to buy and sample the best strains, I would pay more attention to how the bud was grown (which grower) and cured rather than the strain. I've had 6-7 different batches of Master Kush from different growers and they had a wide spectrum of smell, taste and effect. I really enjoyed one particular batch that was super hairy with a light, but present earthy aroma.

Cherry pie, Candy Kush, Sour diesel, Train wreck, Chronic, Blue knight, OG Kush, Platinum OG, GDP, Snow cap, Bubba Kush, King Kush, purple bubba Kush, and blue dream!

My personal favorites were maui wowie, romulan, and cherry pie!

The best tasting one was either candy Kush or Maui wowie!

I've a question for those of you who are lucky enough for mmj. When you guys say that bud tastes good, what do you mean? When you inhale, does it literally taste like something? I smoke mids and it is pretty gross.

 

yes it can taste beautiful

 

You truly can when you smoke joints or even better a bong.

Mids get you baked, but does last all that long. It's cost efficient and can get a lot of great deals.

Dank smells fresher, looks nice, and overall stoney feeling.

 

I've probably tried close to a hundred since getting my card a few years ago. If I had to narrow it down to just three:

Blue Dream. Great for daytime, great for PM too. Helps me creatively.
Blackberry Kush: knock sleeper for bedtime. Very yummy too.
Cantalope Haze: Best strain for sex

I've had plenty more no-name dank strains, but these were the only confirmed ones. Sour D had the best smell and taste. White widow was the strongest out of those. Blue dream was the longest high. Blueberry was pretty tasty. the skunk was the smelliest. I had some no name that was by far the stickiest and had the most trichomes. It also had a sort of motor oil smell to it. Has anyone else had bud like that?
