  1. i'm planning on starting growing. i'm tired of finding and dealing with idiots. i've been reading general grow guides and stuff but i need help finding out which kind of strain to grow. i want a better high than me and the people around here are used to. im from southwest wisconsin. town population 10k with a university. anyway, i've seen some stuff i would consider good (tho what do ir eally know) but i don't like dealing with a lot of the people....... so where should i go about finding some good seeds? i know im going to order them, but i don't want to spend too much (at first) cuz this will be my first time growing so it's more practice maybe..... so can anyone help me out on choosing a strain? the stuff i've bought is usually 50 for 1/8 ... one time i bought about 3 grams for 40 (when i was realitively new to smoking) (said he normally sold 1/8 for 65 but i was cool with his bros)... the smell coming from it was obnoxious.. at first i put the bag in a cig box and it smelled like i had horrible BO ... and when we were in teh car is smelled like we were driving by a skunk... ya know? apperance was very leafy looking, looked like tons of small little leafs ,, much white, orange hairs I believe.... it was stickier than anything i've delt with before (wasn't real real sticky tho) .. anyone have any ideas on that strain? btw the high was one of the best ones i've ever had . .. but like i said i haven't been exposed to too much.... i don't put myself out there to deal with a lot of those people. anyway im looking for a strain hopefully better than that... i just want a great high and a great price,,,, but something good for a beginner maybe and that would impress some people.... thanks :p

  2. Might want to try bag seed if you can for your first attempt. If you can't get them or don't want to use bag seed, I have seen lots of folks going with Northern Lights or any Northern lights mix (i.e. Northernberry, Northern Lights #5, etc.) Seems to be hardy and not grow too tall. I have not tried it myself but any smoke will be good if you read what's written on these pages, lots o' useful information here. I am currently working on Amsterdam Flame and Bubblicious strains. Much luck . .
