Ive already sold my 2 smaller tents and cash crap for some funds to start building an LED tent or cabinet. Ive seen a secret jardin lodge that i wouldnt mind piecing together Secret Jardin Lodge L160 Or should i go with something already packaged together like LED Super Locker 3.0 Grow Box Hydro System Or 4x4 Veg Grow Tent Kit I want my last buy to be my last, im trying to get the ball on the roll
Depends how much your willing to spend. Most bang for your buck for leds might be marshydro. I've also heard that black dog leds are good too but just a little pricey. Personally I got an unbranded 4x4 flower tent and a 2x2 veg tent I haven't ever had problems with and I have 3 full grows under a Mars 300w no burnouts or anything.
If you're thinking of moving over to LEDs, I suggest you do a BUNCH of reading in some of the LED lighting threads here on the forum. You'll find that the American made lights are a MUCH better product than anything made in Asia....which is where most of those cheap lights are put together...with the cheapest components and the cheapest of labor. The lighting you use has everything to do with what you harvest, both in veg and flower. If I couldn't buy a good quality LED, I would just save my money until I could. Not saying that some of the cheaper brands won't work, but your money is going to be much better spent on a quality light. I would much rather only buy once myself...and get a good product for my money, than to have to find out I'm not getting what I thought I would and have to go back and rebuy to get quality. You never regret buying quality equipment when it comes to the growing realm. I know that the really good ones are really expensive, but...in case you didn't know, you can go with a lower wattage LED and get the same coverage you would get with a bit higher watt hps. Just do your research on the lighting and then read a bunch on the forum and that will give you a better idea about what direction to go in. TWW
Thank you for shedding some light on me, i just resold my cash crop and 2 little tents and am in the state of rebuilding from scratch really and want this to be my last set up purchase, ive seen and read about mars and another one, i would love to get my hand on kinds products but maybe a little later down the road ill be able to jump into that. Im stuck between a jardin l120 or a 4x4 tent. Im only going to be doing 6 plants spread out so i think either will do fine. Heres my list ive made, point out anything wrong or if it seems good
