Which setting for veg & which for flowering??

    Please help! I just got a couple lights of a friend, but I'm unsure which setting to use during veg and which to use for flower! Can annnyoonnee help me!?? 20180714_195624.jpg 20180714_195647.jpg

    You want to use the switch that activates more blues/greens. Red is for flowering.

    You can run it with everything on, but if you run the reds the whole time you veg, it can cause unnecessary stretching and wastes power giving the plants something that it doesn't need yet.

    Can you show me a pictures of the top of the light? Give me a model number or anything like that?

    The rest is all blank and the one switch I'm not even sure what it does when I turn it I dont see any change in the light

    Okay, now get me three separate pictures. Label them so I know what is what. One picture with each switch on by themselves. Then a third picture with both switches on.

    Maybe the other switch controls the fan??

    Nope cant be the fan is running either way unless it will turn off sometime? Whatever color I have the switch on the right hand side in the picture to; when I flip the left switch the lighting stays the same so I'm just curious what that other switch could be for?

    That's weird, typically two switches, one would be for veg, one would be for bloom. Could be one of the switches is 50% power, the other is 100% power, some kind of ghetto dimmer? With both switches on you get the most blue, but you also get a ton of red. I would roll with both switches on until you can get something better, this light is not ideal.
