Hi i was wondering which light would work best for my first time growing inside, ether a 125w envirolight red spectrum or an envirolight 125w blue/white spectrum? I am starting off with one plant, then after i have harvested that i can get better lights but this is just for now thanks
You need both, blue for veg, red for flower. I use envirolight blue for my veg but flower with a 600w HPS. I have never tried them for flowering as I owned the HPS first and bought the enviro's for my clones. Now I use them for clones and seedlings and some of my plants have started to show their sex under them before being put in my flowering room. You don't need a ballast with them so changing bulbs is easy, good luck.
