I would recommend using 1 300 watt LED per plant since the actual output is about 140 ish. You can use cheap lights like CFL but will not have same outcome. But the answer to your question is yes, you can grow with less of alight but remember that the more light you have = more yeild.
autoflowers require as much light as photoflowers overall. Perhaps each could get by on less at times. You can eek out a little more light on less with autos since you can flower them under 24/0.
