i havn't seen any REALLY good movies yet, the best one i would have to say though is slumdog millionaire. pretty excited for 9, looks pretty cool. tim burtons remaking alice in wonderland. and they are making a movie for Where the Wild Things Are.
1: The Wrestler 2:Watchmen the summer has yet to hit and 09 movie season has just begun cant wait for UP, public enemies, terminator salvation, transformers 2, inglourious basterds.
Did Yes Man come out in 2009? Cos I love that. It's not full-on comedy like most of my favourites, but more than any other film I've seen it just puts a big ol' grin on my face every time I watch it
so far ive seen watchmen, gran torino, and taken and i'd put them in this order. 1. gran torino 2. watchmen 3. taken but im not saying taken is bad, it was pretty awesome, i loved it actually. and watchmen was probably a better movie than gran torino but i clint eastwood is such a badass
The Best Movie Which I Like Of Year 2009 is "Slumdog Millionare" An illiterate kid from Mumbai slums dominates the local version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire with ease. It reads like a fairy tale, but is a movie haunted by a brutal reality. I Just Love This Movie a Lot.
the wrestler was 08 guysssss i couldn't really say that i have a "favorite" this year. last year fer sure was harold and kumar. but yeah no clear winner this year.
so far i guess id say watchmen inglorius bastards the hangover star trek shutter island and avatar look great too
Coraline Sunshine Cleaning Star Trek UP Ponyo Inglorious Basterds I didn't see too many other films this year. I was too busy watching old ones. It was only when these came around that I took time away from watching classics to see them. Ponyo was by far the best film of the year in my opinion. No one can beat the stories, artwork, and directing of Hayao Miyazaki.
My top 5 are... !.) Gran Torino 2.) Moon 3.) District 9 4.) Inglorious Bastards 5.) Watchmen This isn't a final though... I haven't seen every movie made in 2009.
