Which is safer/more effective: blunts or joints?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by LovingTree, Jan 27, 2011.

  1. Honestly, I hate nicotine. But my friend insists on using a blunt to smoke out of.

Are papers safer for you than blunts? I know both are bad, but I figured paper > blunts because there's no nicotine

  2. Joints obviously cuz blunt wraps are made out of tobacco, and blunts require more weed were as joints don't.

  3. You are correct sir. Papers > Tobacco leaf. If you still wanna smoke a blunt but don't want as much wrap then you can cut some off, hamburger (to make it shorter) or hotdog (to make it thinner) style doesn't matter. That doesn't mean you'll have less bud, you'll just have a fat ass blunt:smoke: If you really wanna go all out I'd suggest putting a DAB of honey on ur finger (just a tiny tiny bit) and glazing it on either the inside or outside of your blunt. Put in freezer for 1 hour and it should be tight, hard, and burn slow as a mo fo fa sho yo

  4. Its more of a preference. I love both. Joints are definetly healthier, though.

  5. id say they both fuck up your lungs so much that it really doesnt matter....:smoke:

  6. I would say joints are safer.. you definitely get a decent nicotine buzz out of the tobacco leafer.

  7. Joints are safer, less paper less smoke in lungs, effectiveness is debatable.

  8. dutches or blunts burn so much better than joints and conserve the weed too. blunts are the best way to smoke in my opinion

  9. i love blunts

Joints for me, they smell more and it burns fast. And plus its somewhat of a mess cause the ashes is so thin the slightest wind can blow all the ashes everywhere. where in blunts ashes are thicker and u gotta give a good blow to get it off. And plus blunts last much longer and to me hit harder. More weed also. And blunts are more for a group of friends where as a joint is a solo dolo.

    It doesn't matter really.

Blunts don't have nicotine in them, the tobacco does. Blunts burn slower, so you're getting more out of your weed. Blunts don't require more weed than joints do, that's bullocks, you can put as little in a blunt if you want to.. Cut up to the size of a joint, roll it all up, it doesn't matter. Blunts are also easier to roll as they are not as delicate & feeble as papers. If the slight difference in health really matters to you, go with hemp papers. And if you are totally against tobacco of any kind, go with papers.

  11. I like blunts but they are really unhealthy, joints are a lot better for you.

I dislike that joints are small, so i take two, lick the right corner gum of one and stick it to the other, rip a gum from another paper and seal it at the opposite end, then i have a double long joint, i use a paper roach from the joint papers, and then roll up a nice blunt sized joint. They hit so smooth and allow you to taste the weed, but the ashes are way messier than blunts.

  12. Well if you smoke some shit brick weed.. blunt. But if you smoke some dank shit, joints and pieces all the way.

  13. I use natural blunt and joint papers so it doesn't matter for me haha.

  14. Joints for sure. If you hate tobacco/nicotine roll a J

  15. ...King size papers? :confused_2:

  16. Simply put, joints are safer. The effectiveness of a joint or blunt depends on your preference. I prefer blunts.

  17. blunts stink. They have tobacco wrappers which cause cancer. They smell disgusting. I realize some people have severe problems rolling a joint with a thin 1/4 size rolling paper but a little practice will help.

  18. ^ This

Once you get used to rolling joints, its all you will want to smoke.

As far as safety goes, it really depends on the type of paper. Like if you are rolling a whole E-Z wider, its pretty bad cuz thats a lotta paper
