Which city should I move to?

Hawaii is cool. But expensive. So this was no help.

 

Oregon is a medical marijuana area, with bike lanes on main roads!! Nice mountains, and close to BC Bud

Colorado is a MMJ State, has beautiful scenery and bike lanes. Both states have good housing prices and everything you explained.
