Which cities or countries have it legalized?

    in sweden its basically legal if i am correct... some loophole in the 70's allowed someone to bring bud in... i heard that for the most part its schwaggy... dunno... ask a sweed.

    no where in canada is it legal, it is just decriminalized, how come americnas think that??

    Nope...

    It's decriminalized in Switzerland...and Holland...

    And some cities in Germany...and if you get caught in the rest of Germany with less than 4g, they take it from you and give you a warning...

    It's not legal anywhere.

    Amsterdam it's 'tolerated' or slightly decriminalised. I think Switzerland has a similar policy.
