Which ballast to use for which job?

    I have a 250 watt mh/hps and a 400 watt mh/hps, I'm building my grow room for a vegging section and a flowering section. What lights should I use for each section? (ie. 250 for vegging and 400 for flowering or the other way around?)

    yes 250w mh for veg, 400w hps for flower, u always want the most light in flower as possible
