    Out of all the states witch PROVES with evidence to Grow the best Ganja?

    Judging quality by which state the bud derives from is nearly completely irrelevant.

    Northern Cali, Oregon, Washington and up into Canada.

    I am not sure about evidence but this is what I would guess.

    I seen a report on tv that cooks forrest PA has the best soil on earth for growing cannabis
