Where to smoke in colorado? (or do people care?)

Hello,
I have been smoking in a park for a little while now. Making sure it's completely discreet despite making sure that no one is around me at all. Unfortunately, I do see some cyclists and joggers who pass me by and I try to make sure not to smoke in front of them or make it anyway obvious that I am smoking.

I have been wanting to use something other than a pen, like a puffco peak for example, to use in the same areas as well, but that would be too much and too risky. So I am asking if there are any places that are secluded from other people.

I am also wondering if people would really cared if I starting smoking a little more heavily than I usually am. I always liked to think that maybe I am going overboard with discretion(not including being a human being and being respectful to others like avoiding anything bigger than groups of people or kids in general.) If I have to stay with my concentrate pen, so be it, but I would like to know.

By the way, I always try to avoid people due to anxiety and thinking of worst case scenarios like "karens" and I can always be in my private property due to circumstances.
