Maine doesn't seem to be easiest state to get a card, but I am at school here and I would really like to get one. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I qualify for one. If I do, who's the best doctor around?
\nMy main issue is that I have been prescribed an SSRI for anxiety for nearly a year, and I am really not enjoying the side effects. I know that anxiety is not on the official list of medical conditions, but my medication causes me more adverse effects than benefits. So far I have found that only marijuana helps. Are there any doctors that would be sympathetic to this? I really, really would like an alternative to SSRIs.
\nI HAVE had chronic neck and back pain for the past several years, and have been prescribed physical therapy, but never any medication besides OTC advil. Neither have seemed to help. Do I have a chance of getting a card for this in Maine?
    \nAny advice would be appreciated.
