Where to get buds in Western Caribbean Ports?

    I was wondering if anyone out there had specific advice on where to score some buds in Labadee Haiti, Falmouth Jamaica, and Cozumel Mexico? I will be traveling on Royal Carribean’s Oasis of the Seas. I know it should be easy to find in Jamaica but I was just curious on the best way to get “quality” buds. Thanks ahead for the help!
