While you can likely find a decent substitute, like ACDC, the Stanely brothers keep Charlotte's Web on a tight lock down and do not sell seeds or clones at all to the best of my knowledge. I am in Colorado where it is produced and have not seen any seeds, clones, or flower of the strain. I would bet that anything you find in NJ is more likely to be a knockoff or straight up fake.
