    best way to buy seeds stick with reputable breeders and look for stable genetics
    seedsman are good
    dutch passion have been around for many many years and they won more cups than i care to remember

    The best way to buy quality seeds are the Dutch seed banks. I would go for greenhouseseeds, dutch passion or barney's farm!
