Can anyone help me out? Wal Mart? Home Depot? Lowes? I've never seen flurescent lights for sale before.
All of the above. They usually have em in the light section... with all the lights. haha. I think the only kind they have now is those environmental ones... look @ the lumens. ((and the spectrum if your gettin into it)) if you use the "search" button you can probably answer other questions you might be having.
