Where to buy and what to buy??

some people say that place is good and some say that place is bad.. i saw thread recently on RIU forums with a LOT of incredibly mixed reviews.

the people saying its good could be reps? i guess you could try em out if their seed descriptions sound like it matches your grow and budget.. i went with attitude seedbank the first time i ever ordered and have used them for most of my orders since. I also tried out a few of the other single seed selling sites when attitude has been out of stock, but i found that i just get most bang for the buck there.


30 fem seeds = $350 USD is better than the prices you would pay for it even if you were to purchase them from the stores in Amsterdam yourself, cause at least you can throw code 420 into the coupon box and get 10% off..
when you have the option of buying from a seedbank with multiple breeders you can get seeds from breeders with the best reputation..
feminized seeds in general are not 100% guaranteed female.. it's about 99.9% female given there is absolutely NO Stress.
Mr Nice - Walkabout is the best seedpack for growing outdoors with mixed high grade cannabis strains could potentially make incredibly resinous hash oils. you'd find a large mix of indicas through sativas so if you don't mind going out there and paying attention to them and culling any males your females will not hermie.
I spent the week after cannabis cup 2010 there and went around talking to breeders and growers with pot entered into the cup, even buying the seeds out of the breeders hands directly cost the same amount as online sites. the legit breeders all set a minimum price they want their seeds sold for so they can maintain credibility.. okay respectable i suppose. but at the same time theres "discount" no name breeder seeds floating around amsterdam too, ghost looking packs with a hand drawn strain name and a clipart marijuana plant... some with feminized stickers.. when I imagine seeds from a non reputable seedbank I see these seed packs. that's why at the end of the day just hit the sticky on this forum section and pick from there, if too many seeds is too expensive get the best from one of the single seed sites and clone em.

 

it depends on what strains you're interested and what type of smoker you are. i hate ALL indicas with a life enemy wrath and only like sativas, so i'll only accept strains with only the mildest levels of couchlock and then only if the strain gives me some trippy psychoactivity in the trade. otherwise, i love the euphorice but energy neutral buzz of premium sativas like haze, haze skunk, durban poison, and 8 miles high etc.

if you want to try a buzz that will probably beat the shit out of anything you've EVER smoked, unless you've had access to rarer small time elite growers gear, get some dirt cheap 8 miles high or one of high quality seeds' haze, thai & kerala sativa skunks and you will be one happy, and i mean it most literally, camper.

it might not be the most potent bud (i haven't sampled a fully mature top) but i totally love 8 miles high. it's a neutral neither couchlocking nor racy or anxious buzz when sampled early that has a wonderful happy energy to it. you CAN order a pizza, kick back & watch TV on it, or you can go build a yacht in your back yard on it too with every activity in between on the menu. it's a lot like good vintage sativa leaning (i can't use the word dominant even at 75%) skunk #1 in the euphoria department, but without the indicrap couchlock. other than the few sativa buds i'd been gifted or the last of the better mexican bricks over the years, it was the best buzz i've had since real california grown columbian gold commercial sinse disappeared in the mid 80s! i was so fucking stoked when i toked that oak folks.

besides the perfectly neutral energy level (gotta LOVE THAT!!!!) it had at least a noticable level of auditory psychoactivity that loves music and makes you want to dance with super precise body control & concentration. PURE clear head, well maybe a little mind racing if the body is at rest. i don't know how strong it is in the visuals department, but it was at least hinting at he possibility in my one dose. i'll likely move on to more potent sativas as i test them or breed them, but i'll always hold a sentimental spot in my heart for the truly 1st class buzz you get off 8 miles indoors even if i have to endure the less glamorous effects that come with IBLs like dizziness, anxiety, paranoia, nausea & lung busting hack 'till you puke expansion. it's a well rounded and behaved strain i intend to grow again to go toe to toe with indoor hazes.

if you want to go for more potency, high quality seeds' haze skunk is AWESOME! it compares much better to trippy haze than stony skunk even if it might yield lower. i can't wait to try their thai & kerala skunks now as one of them could be even better. it's really cool too that HQS beans are something like $35. they are a new favorite and i had 100% viability with a previous order of haze skunk i smoked to death without flowering.

i bet high quality seeds' jock horor x oaxican is not shabby either and could possibly surpass haze skunks.

if you find you actually like stonier buzzes, but want the fun trippy & euphoric effects of sativas, check into these strains which are highly regarded jack herer, super silver haze, medicine make (knocked off as white rhino), romulan, LA confidential, red dragon, LSD, & apollo 11

a different, but fun but excellent specialized use strain you should consider is cinderella 99 aka C99. she is apollo 11's mother, but isn't particularly psychoactive except for some mid level euphoria. besides being compact and fast flowering like an indica & having a nice hazey grapes odor with really sticky buds, she has a very energetic & motivational buzz not unlike old school 88% sativa kali mist, but in a cash cropping package mostly just lacking the delicious mouth burning hot spicy flavor of vintage kali. she could possibly be better than the newer further diluted by indicas kali $erious $eeds is selling now.

joey weeds' C99 is $62 snail mail ordered & delivered from hemp depot which is what i've grown & love for those times when all you want is clear headed energy and not to sit still like on a date or doing work. i'd like to try mr. greengenes' $100 fems though. he's selected them for potency and cindy's prized but rare pineapple pheno. i'd like to put some of the joey pollen i need to envelope into his ladies club!

as mentioned, defintely read the trusted bank sticky, but don't take it as infallable. there's at least one sketchy site listed in there that does deliver the goods, (namely nirvana's $25 classic strain knockoffs) only after repackaging them as the originals and adding $50 or so to your bill. there are several sites that do that with the markup going at least as high as a $75 price tag. a couple just double their money, but one went for triple. it would be hysterical if they were a moron repacking +$25 middleman goods as well as fitting.

for more stony indica type buzzes, i'd suggest virtually foolproof northern lights #5 (aka NL5) for is resinous "the original cash cropper" smoker approved growth & THC habits with the benefits of beginner friendliness and especially for being low odor. the reason that all of the roadkill skunk strains out there go for so much money might not be as much about wowing customers with the worst stench you can put under their nose as much as the difficulty in finding locations where you can grow it without smelling it a mile away or expensive industrial strength odor control.

for beginners, barneys, nirvana/sativa seeds (same company), & high quality seeds are good breeders with good gear & prices. besides the inherent greed behind selling beans over $100, i don't like spending a lot of orders anymore after having a $100 doc order go missing. out of well over a dozen orders by now at half a dozen banks, that was the only order i've lost, but it stung. instead of sticky fingered postal workers, i'm starting to think that a neighbor conned the mailman into being me as i've had UPS issues a couple times from neighbors interfering with my orders. if i ever catch whoever's doing it, i will buy a baseball bat and go world series on their ass.
