Where my daily smokers at?

  1. Blaze it daily? Let's talk about tolerance control? What's your solution to keeping your daily dose powerful enough to keep you satisfied each time? Recently I took a 36 hour tolerance break, got a bag of Reggie, and was almost as stoned as my first time.
     
  2. I smoke maybe once a week. Not a big toker, though I used to smoke more.

    It feels great every time but I'm starting to build a tolerance up. Not sure how people can smoke every day. I used to a lot, I still have no tolerance.

  6. Every day, several times a day. I don't get those wild highs like I did as a kid, but I do get quite pleasantly stoned!   :smoking:  I think the reason tolerance does not kill my high is that I take good care of my endocannabinoid system by taking a bit over 2 grams of Omega 3 and natural vitamin E (D alpha tocopherol) per day!
     
    You need Omega 3 to properly make your CB1 receptors, as shown in the study-

    In n-3-deficient mice, presynaptic cannabinoid CB(1) receptors (CB(1)Rs) normally responding to endocannabinoids were uncoupled from their effector G(i/o) proteins.
     
    Vitamin E has been shown to affect Omega 3 levels-  (PUFAs = Omegas)
     
    Vitamin E deficiency decreases long-chain PUFA in zebrafish (Danio rerio).

    Now one of those "endocannabinoid-mediated neuronal functions" is getting high! :smoke:   If you have too many dud CB1 receptors, it will cut into your high! I keep wondering how much of "tolerance" is just not having enough working CB1 receptors?  :confused_2:

  8. Sleep is my only tolerance break haha, but I noticed I always get higher after a good nights rest. I have a very high tolerance though as I smoke everyday all day so hope you guys have some good advice.
     
    Dam Im glad its finally legal here. We're finally making progress one state at a time!

I smoke a Few bowls every few hours..And I see it as I don't smoke enough or as much as I'd like.I find if smoke sessions become ritual say I smoke 2 joints a day for 30 days I'll get comfortable with that level of highness when you build a tolerance smoke MORE.   10. When ive got the cash, which has kept my tolerance down. But holy shit i havnt smoked since saturday (expect earlier today) and i feel fucking amazing right now. Only.took a small ass hit out of a bowl. I can litterally keep one bowl pack for like a day or two. Thats with being high all day. God i love low tolerance lol i can also smoke as much as anyone i know without greening out, which is also pretty awesome.

    I think we all have that special whore somewhere in our lives.

    I've found that the receptors usually don't need nearly as long as people say to get a decent stone. One that creates an ideal "in the moment" type high and not a terrible wave of confusion like my first time. As soon as you start to come down CB receptors start to rebuild, I think people who wait 30 days are killing themselves, considering the fact that it's just for a better high. Maybe if you need to get your pee clean or something. It's not like you'd ever have to worry about not getting high from smoking.
     
  12. If I don't get high enough to sit out on my patio for 3 hours and then sleep happily for the night, I take a t-break. It's all about enough control that you can stop smoking if you need to.

Well I usually just switch from regge to kush back to reggee but in between I wait like a dayy & usually the last days I'm smoking the bag, is like very little weed becuz I'm almost out and I'm waiting to hook up again lol.   15. I space myself and smoke one or two bong snaps at a time,
    If I pack a full bowl I generally don't smoke it all in one sitting and space it out for several hours.
