where can i process my buds into wax?

Wax and distillate arent even the same thing. Where do you live around? Is weed even legal where you are? Oil and distillate are lengthy processes that will most definately not be cheap if you hire someone to do it for you.

Wax/shatter/consentrate.. whatever finishing process they use.. it's all hash oil. A solvent (butane, ethanol, pressurized supercritical CO2) dissolves the coupounds (cannabinoids, terpenes, chlorophyll, etc...) in the cannabis. It gets evaporated off and baked in a vaccum oven to remove all the solvent that's left in the product. This can take 2-6 days depending what process and how long/many times you vacuum bake your product.

Distillate is consentrate that has been put through a distillation process. Typically short path or wiped film. A distillation setup can cost $3000-5000+++

Looks like you have a lot of research to do sorry bud..

 

For doing concentrates on the cheap this is likely the best you'll get for the least outlay.

I run about 2-3 pounds of buds with 10 pounds of dry ice. 15% recovery is the norm.

There's so many different ways to go its hard to answer.

Super Critical C02
RSO.

Instead of giving someone half or more of your buds I would recommend you do it yourself.

Step 1 either process every thing into bubble hash or dry sift.

Step 2. Press the bubble hash or dry sift into hashish or press into Rosin providing you have a rosin press and 45 micron rosin bags and parchment paper.

If you ordinarily smoke flower I would recommend the hashish route. That's easier.

If you like to cape wax go the Rosin route.

 

For a laugh, I let my ear's produce my wax for me. Been a 43 year old project that I've nailed down to produce Grade A#1 Top Shelf Wax & Resin.

My current Strain's are, Carrot & Pumpkin.

 

When are you going to try your hand at closed loop extractions and live resin? Definitely think you could make some amazing things.

 

Why would you grow weed just to turn it into reclaim? Maybe you should get a Sativex rx

 

Reclaim is the shit that collects in your consentrate smoking device.. wax is whipped bho..

A lot of people myself included really likes consentrates. Especially if you grow your own sometimes your smoking the same shit for a month or two so some consentrate helps mix things up a bit

 

But I buy my solvent based consentrates from a dispensary, I use all my trim for dry sift and then bubble hash after its sifted..

 

If I had the disposable income I'd invest in a press; resin is the future.
