Hey guys, I'm pretty new here and fairly new to smoking in general and I had a few questions regarding as to where I could purchase a dugout. I already know I could get one at a head shop but I was wondering if they sold them anywhere else because I'm not near any head shops. Do they sell them at gas stations or even regular convinience stores? Also, how old do you have to be to buy them, I'm 19 and I was wondering if this is old enough because some place have weird laws on that. I think it's just 18 but correct me if I'm wrong. head shops or your local ghetto gas station. if you know how to work with wood you could even make yourself one, im sure a amateur could make a pretty decent one.
