when would be the best time to plant seeds in my area?

    i live in san diego, california so when would be the best time to plant my seeds?

    since its october i guess its too late but when should i plant the seeds then?

    also i dont want my plant to grow too tall so how do i get it as short as possible?

    and how should i store my seeds?

    Dry milk powder? Never knew that....is it a better method in keeping the seeds viable for a longer length of time?

    just store seeds in your sock drawer, good for years. Its like any other seed beans ect. nothing special its just a weed.
