when ur munching out ??

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by glasspiece, Sep 26, 2011.

  1. after u munch out , do u feel less high ?
i feel like food kills my high a bit

  2. It depends. If I munch out at the end of the night yes but if I have a meal during the day then no.

  3. Hm. My friend made this point, and always made me cook/eat food before we got high. I'm not really sure. Sometimes I feel like scarfing down a big meal can kill a high, but who knows if food really has anything to do with it?

The act of eating food is engaging and time consuming (if you cook a big meal like me). This could be a factor.

It just doesn't make sense to me that ingesting something would kill a high from inhaling something. For me, it always felt like a placebo effect, because my friend always insisted that eating after getting high was a buzz kill.

I guess this means I have little to contribute besides these conflicting ideas.

  4. I've heard it does because more blood is concentrated towards your stomach. I don't know why that would effect it honestly, I've also heard coughing get's you higher. I don't know how that works either.

  5. The first time I got the munchies I ate some badass brownies, my friend didn't tell me they had marijuana tho... I got extremely stoned. If you don't feel like killing your high eat some space brownies, I'm pretty sure you will not feel less high, at all!

  6. If you eat fatty foods, yes - THC gets stored in fat cells, so avoid fatty foods if you dont want to kill your high

  7. I don't think eating foods with more fat in them effects your high. That doesn't make sense to me

  8. It does for me.

  9. If it's at night, I will feel full and drowzy, lol. I ususally brush my teeth and pass out after a munch session

  10. Yes, I do feel like eating reduces my high. I think smoking goes in a time tested ritual. You smoke, you chill, you eat. So if you skip to eating you're skipping to the end of you're high too, lol. J/K about that last part, but I do think eating effects my high. But I HAVE to smoke before I eat or I can't eat because of my health problems. The only solution is horrible. I have to smoke before and after my meals :D

  11. eat, smoke, eat, smoke, eat, smoke, .....

  12. this.

  13. with munchies i find fruit is very good cause the sugars taste awesome and dont kill the high wheras with junk food it does

  14. Now that I think about it yes, but only because I spend so much time eating LOL

    Anyone like my sig/ava? :)

  15. i think its about how heavy the food is in your stomach, eating an apple or orange over a hamburger which one is more likely to lighter in your stomach

  16. Yeah it does for me
