Well I have to decided to embark on my first grow and pretty far its been going good for me. i planted my seeds on Jan. 6 and right now the are lookin pretty NICE. I have just been using PH balanced tap water (6.0-7.0) with FFOF soil. I will be using General Hydroponics nutrients,(FloraGro,FloraBloom,FloraMicro). So far I have only fed once using my FloraGro nute solution. My main question is: When should I use my General Hydroponics Floramicro nutrient formula? Can it be used thru all stages of growth for my plant? Or only during certain periods? I know that FloraGro should be used during veg and FloraBloom during flower but I am sort of confused of when to use FloraMicro. Please someone help me out on this one. Thanks in advance
hello, sounds like ur not messing around with your first grow FFOF provides enough nutes for 3-4 weeks, then it is wise to start a feeding program. i use GH as well, great product for the price. using the trio u will be fine thru the whole grow. when using them remember the the flora micro is the catalyst of the nutes, this means it makes the others work properly always add Floramicro first before the other. and yes u will the FM the whole grow.
Hey man, Im gonna be using those same products as well. Have you checked out general hydroponics website? They have a feeding schedule there that might help. Its genhydro.com and then on the left it will say feeding schedule. You will be using the "drain to waste keep it simple program". Hope this helps.
Thanks for the help on this one, I really needed it! So should I add FloraMicro nutrient solution first to my plant before using the FloraGro or FloraBloom? Can they all be mixed and used as one nute solution? or are they all supposed to be used seperately? so the other day that i fed my babys using the GH FloraGro, I did it wrong cuz i did not add floraMicro before addin FloraGro? So in other words I should always use FloraMicro before feeding my plant anything else? Some one also told me that 5ml floragro,5ml florabloom, and 10 ml floramicro for every gallon of water make an ecxellent all round nute solution. Is this true? Please tell me ehat i can and cant mic floraMicro with.

I really dont have a problem with my feeding schedule. I just am sort of confused about when to use my GH FloraMicro nutes. I did not know they were supposed to be used thru all my grow. Also I did not know that u need to add micro before adding any of ur other nutes. seems kind of confusing but also makes sense though
hey. u mix everything together in a gallon of water, but always add the micro first before the other two the best advice i can give with the amount of nutes is follow the directions on the back of the label. because i do not know your strain of MJ. practice makes perfect.
Ohh ok ok yeah I did not know that either about the micro being first. I wonder why. But yes, you use micro throughout your whole grow. Good luck man.
Im actually on my first grow and doing the same thing... I got the GH 3part like you . Im growing in coco... Im not sure if its the same as FFOF. But yeah be carefull with nutes... make sure you delute them some... lol I learns the heard way and I had them deluted lol
Ok have you guys seen the feeding schedules on the GH website? There are two different types, a drain to waste and a recirculation one. If I am growing in coco which is a hybrid of soil and hydro, which feeding schedule do I use?
