my plants are like 16 17 days old how long should i keep them in the stirafoam cups i have them in there the small cups any advise
There are signs like they will use more water then usual and youll see roots comming out of the bottom.
I always start my sprouts off in 5 litre mineral water bottles. Then they stay there until they show sex. I believe in minimum amoumts of repotting.
so would it make more sense to just do it now the next ones are the ones i plan to use to sex them in
You can pretty much decide yourself when to transplant, just see that you don't damage their rootcanals and it will be fine, offcourse don't do it when they're to younger either or the stress will be immense for them. After transplanting it could be (not always) that your plant looks "down" a bit, this will be for like 2-3 days orso and then he will be back . Good luck.
