Possibly not quite yet, but you could bury the whole peat pot thing in a larger pot, rather than "transplanting" it. The roots will grow through the one you have there if it's moist.

Since you're not actually going to de-pot it, tbh you probably may as well put it in the larger pot, water it a little just to settle it in, and leave it to get on with it for a few days. The extra soil around it will stop it drying out so you wont need to water it all the time like those little peat ones, and you'll be able to chill for 4-5 days.
