So I live in Iowa and I have some bag seed I wanna try growing, it's been a little colder then usual for this time of year40- 50 degrees during the day. I have never grow before except for a little experiment when I was 16 in my closet but my dad stopped that a few days after sprouting. I have a few questions tho When should I plant them? Should I germinate them? I live right by a forest , so what would be a prime location without risking fed or animals? How long should I expect from planting to harvest? I really wanna grow weeds to damn expensive(20 a gram) and would really appreciate some help

Classic! Plant a couple weeks after last frost. Yes. Some place where they get good sun and no one will notice them. Harvest in October. Happy?
