I'm using a 65w cfl 6500k color temp bulb that's outputting 4300 lumens I have been veg stage for 7 weeks now and don't know when to start flower stage I am going to use 68w 2700k color temp bulb that outputs 4200 lumens for flower stage. Should I give the plant nutrients? Trim it? Anything I have more pics I can post thanks for your help!!
You should definitely be flowering now... Post some pictures; if you give it a haircut wait a little bit here.

Plant looks great though man great color and your setup looks really clean. What kind of genetics did you plant?
